The vast majority of the law enforcement officers in this country perform their very difficult jobs with respect for their communities and in compliance with the law. Even so, when a county sheriff uses his office to take out personal vendettas on people for relatives of his, this is not the case. This document outlines police misconduct by Tommy Johnson and associates.

Federal laws that discuss law enforcement include both criminal and civil statutes. These laws cover the actions of all persons in the United States; including Federal State, county, and local officers, including those who work in prisons and jails. The laws protect all persons in the United States (citizens and non-citizens). I was the victim of a heinous crime conducted by a foreign affairs official related to myself and Tommy Johnson in which, Terrell Bruner used his freedom of authority to place me on a list of people suspected of being involved in international drug trade and had my mother killed from where he is involved in international drug trade.
